You shall make only genuine reservations for use only by you and the parties on whose behalf you are authorised to act, and not for other purposes. Reselling, posting on third-party websites, or making false or fake reservations, or any reservations in anticipation of demand, is not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust reservations at our sole discretion for any reason, including where it appears that a customer has engaged in deceitful or inappropriate activity, or where it appears that the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error, even if such mistake or error is ours.
Booking in advance
Reservations should be made at least 1 week before the expected date of arrival. During the holiday season (April, August and December), reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance.
Bookings are confirmed only when a 50% payment is made, no later than 3 days before the date of arrival (1 week before in April, August and December).
Children
Children under 6 years sharing their parents’ room are not charged. Children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50%.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Payment of additional charges
Other additional charges at The Bayfront Hotel can be paid in cash (Sri Lankan Rupees only) or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard & Amex). Traveller’s cheques are not accepted.
